yep another project this time its my ultimate trike
it started with getting this from one of my jobs

and un like other trike's this has a drum brake set up instead of pedal back brakes

a 144 spoke 26" front rim
a 26" straight springer forks
a bucket seat
moon bars
and a 900w electric conversion kit

How about turning it into a recumbent instead???
I thought you were planning to build a hand-pedal bike at some stage?
Either way - looks like fun.

na it'll stay electric andy may go up to 2000w later
i work with the 2 strokes at blue icon their a grate thing but not aloud to run it inside ie on parts of my paper round or at the shops

have you ever spoken to or dealt with the guys from the challenged athletes foundation? I have a friend locally who has raised over a million US$ for them in the last 10 years - they buy/build/donate race vehicles for athletes with disability... damn cool guys.

no i havent but would love a road race had bike for long distance hauling/endurance raceing
this is going to be a work/leisure/promotional bike and building it for pure enjoyment i have built quite alot of bikes but nothing to this standard

ok got the seat on but pic are blurry but have a trial pic so it will have to do till tomorrow
this is the seat i ended up fitting but a little further back

and the mower seat i got for $2 but it sat to far back making the front to light. Or to hight as i wand a low cog

on another note i have a (embarrassment) frock motor hear is a 10ah 36v lithium iron to at least get it moving till i pay for my cyclone kit

Dude, thats pretty cool :cool::cool::cool:
You should do a LowRider version of it. Custom Jag style rear end, low front big rake..... Like a Fatboy with stock forks and a 21" front wheel and 15deg extra stem angle....
Go all OCC on it's ass!!!

got one in bits like that in the shed i'll tyr to find an old pic of it
but in saying that i spoke to my frame builder today and after Christmas we are going top build a independent ass end chopper with small car tyres on the rear but thats got to wait till this one and the other 2 are finished
