Armygeddon or whatever it was called would have been so much cooler if they had kept the 4BD1T

I would hate to think of the EGTs though... :O

Maybe a cheap Stage 1 with a 6BD1T and allison auto would be the go???

No, a Detroit two stroke for the sound. A 12V71N or an 8V92TA, with enormous injectors. The drivetrain could take some thought.

IMO the cummins sound better

It would be nice to use a 4-6L (isuzu) diesel which eats petrol V8s, rather than just throw a 12L diesel in...
