I am cleaning out my un-wanted/un-needed rover parts, but am not sure of the origin of some parts. What year/model is this off? I am sure it is pre S2a, but only really know about my S2a.
Any help would be great.

I'd say early 2/2A with late lucas headlight backs.

It looks like an ex military rad panel. That bracket looks like an oil cooler mount.

It looks like an ex military rad panel. That bracket looks like an oil cooler mount.Bearman is correct about the oil cooler support, but I rather suspect the panel itself is merely a butchered standard SII/SIIa panel where someone has decided to recess the lamps.

You can see where the original holes for the headlamp buckets have been cut through when they enlarged the holes.

I think you are correct, which means it is not of any value other then scrap. Thanks all for the help.
