I must go to different movies to the people who compiled that. The Mad Max Interceptor and the Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am are the only ones I would have put in. I thought the General Lee and Eleanor (Gone in Sixty Seconds) would have made the list.
I thought AYI 077, but that wasn't in a movie.

In the movie, the centre metal strip is in the screen. It has been removed for this shot.
Also notice a different motor is in the "antichrist". The carbie should be on the other side of the rocker cover for an original in this vehicle. Prob a 2.25.

I love that car chase from Bullitt.
I still believe it is the best movie car chase ever filmed. There may be more recent ones that look more spectacular, but that has been achieved because they were prepared to write off a lot of cars. I believe that there were two Mustangs used in the filming of Bullitt. One was still drivable after the filming but was considered dangerous, so it was scrapped. The other one is still running.
More details here:
Bullitt - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This car chase is great largely because of the cinematography; the camera positions, the lenses used, the sound track, the editing, the location and so on. Recent ones that I have seen are either CGI or depend on doing spectacular things with the cars.
While the cars in Bullitt had upgraded suspension and were skillfully driven, the chase is the one by which all movie car chases are judged because of the way it was filmed.
