Folks It seems the rear seats are bolted into place and dont fold forwards................is there an easy fix for this one to enable them to fold forwards ?
Would be handy if they did as some stuff could be stowed behind them, there is a little room there !!

Do you just mean the backs or the bases, or both ?
My 95 Defender has piecs of metal bolted n place to stop me tilting the seat forward to access the under seat tool box. I'm told it was something to do with ADRs (no idea if ture) perhaps they still have to do something like this?

Just the backs at this stage........they are bolted in, wondering why this is and why they did not have a catch system so they could be tipped forwards ?
wondering who might have an aftermarket part to allow the PUMA 130 rear seat to tip forward.

My td5 130 was the same.
Un screw the brackets and the backs should fold forward and then the base and back folds up against the front seat.
never had any drama with them folding up by themselves without the brackets on

Does the seat lever then work once the bracket is off ?

There is no seat lever or anything to latch them they just sit back against the back of the cab
