Hi Guys
Should my 2002 110 extreme have sway bars? it has a 127l longranger in the rear so i can understand why that swaybar has gone... but there isnt one at the front either... should there be?
Thanks
Steve

No.
110's with a load leveller have anti-roll bars front and rear, 110's with HD springs don't.
Not sure about the Transit engined ones.
Most all 130's have them standard AFAIK, well, some do :D

Hi Steve,
My extreme 110 is same year as yours and had no swaybars fitted.
I put one on the front and it handles so much better on road but you will lose some articulation offroad.

Horses for courses but then you can always take it off again.

Cheers,
Paul.

Hi

I also have an 02 extreme 110, mine has front and rear swaybars fitted by the previous owner.
Was toying with the idea of removing them IOT gain better articulation but still have to be able to tour in some semblence of comfort with OC homefront, not sure if the tough SDog shock will control the body roll enough without them.
