Picked her up today,,,,,,,,,I am wrapped,its like driving an sar kenworth off road ,love it!!!:)

Digging in the shed ,,found the old 80 series tojo false floor for the rear,,,fitted like a glove,,no mods needed,,,,,got some mulgo rails on order,,saftey reasons of course,so the missis can step up;).........and when arb pull there finger out a bar on the way,,,just hope the front springs can cope for a while ,,any ideas how they hold up under a steel bar??,,some nice touch,s i did,nt relise it had ,,,,bright spot style reverse light...... in cab adjustable h/lights........ rear fog lamp,,,,2 interior lights....elec ariel....12 fwrd gears...bloody luxury. i pull in the driveway and she says i thought u were getting a new one:Dgotta love that shape,,,,,,took her for a drive she actually likes it!!!!!!!!!!!!,,how effective is the diff lok,,,i,m yet to run it thru serious trials,will go L4,,,,,,lift a wheel ,shove it in lok and sit back and see!!!,,,,,,,,,,,,, not enough hours in the day to fiddle with it,,,,,,,,,,,,cheers

The front springs will hold up ok with just the ARB Bar....adding a winch will tip the balance to installing different coils.
The traction control will surprise you. I used the centre diff lock on the Disco much more than I need to with the Defender.

re ; springs ,good ,,,,,ive no wish to turn it into a heavy lift ship,,,,,,,,got an old tirfor in shed,think i.ll stick with that,,i,m a bit anti dif lockers,,,,,,learnt to 4x4 the old way in a 2.2 hilux many many moons ago,, get out have a look ,move some rocks,,plan your drive ,,drive your plan etc etc

If I could afford it I'd have a 110 Wagon for the missus and my 130 Twin Cab for me !! Thats how much I love the look of defenders !!.................for play Id also have a 110 Twin cab in Black...................I was close to purchasing one just cause they look so cool but just not enough room with the tray for my purposes.
