Freelander 5 door - remove rear passenger door trim

My son has a 2000 freelander 5 door and he needs to remove the internal door trim on the rear passenger door to fix a problem with the door lock linkages.
Has anyone got instructions for removing the door trim??

I'll bet it's only a matter of removing the door handle and arm rest and then prying the trim off with a flat screwdriver.

The problem is working out how to remove the window winder handle, the rest looks much the same as other cars.
