Took the Puma for a drive this morning for the first time in a few weeks and noticed the turn indicators are flashing at approx twice the speed they normally do. No broken bulbs or anything else immediately obvious. Any ideas what I should look for?
Thanks

Changed to LEDs recently? How about the bullbar indicators or side repeaters...
To be flashing fast something is blown or you've fitted LEDs

No changes. All bulbs, including the side and bullbar are ok.

Not getting anywhere with this, but found the following in the workshop manual:
The turn signal indicators are controlled by the instrument cluster software on receipt of hardwired signals from the steering column switch. When the turn signal indicator switch is operated, the instrument cluster receives a signal feed from the column switch. The instrument cluster software controls the flash rate of the indicator which flashes in a green color. During normal turn signal indicator operation the indicator flashes slowly, accompanied simultaneously by a sound from the instrument cluster sounder. If a fault exists, the instrument cluster flashes the indicator at double speed.
Since it's all software controlled, does it "think" there is a fault, and just needs a reset? Like the ECU needs error codes reset after going into limp mode?

Went for another drive this afternoon, and at one time it briefly blinked with the normal interval ... hmm
So I opened the CJB and jiggled the relays, and bingo! All good now.
