Incisor , As several advised , yesterday we had the problem with the Adobe ad, which does not seem to have reappeared.

For the last period ( I think it has gradually been getting worse over weeks), when I click on a page the time taken "waiting for doubleclick" seems to be extending.
I just did a count and it took a count of 7 for doubleclick to load on this page.( at 10.00AM)
I am also experiencing "partial loading" of pages only on this site where I get a "done" with only the title loaded and a "refresh" completes the process.
Just thought you may like to know.
Regards Philip A

doubleclick and google go hand in hand

the site is congested, thats a known issue and a server upgrade is already under way as i have said many times.

i havent seen the issue myself tho i have to say.

enjoy your day...

PS. the site has been under a pretty heavy ssh DOS attack for a bit over a week so that may be in some affecting you but again i have seen no major issues on my bigpond links at home or work.

Tonight I have been getting... Connecting to adsfac.net

Hope this helps. Can provide screen captures if needed.

And I've been running throttled to 64kb all day, downloading all the ads, too, and AULRO is faster than most other pages except Google searches.

dunno what was causing it, but AULRO was causing firefox to run both cores in a P43.2dc/3gb system at just over 50%, close AULRO and it dropped down to 2-3%
