Hi All
I was just about to buy a Hawkeye but saw this on the Nanocom site this morning it was not there last nite :: Nanocom :: (http://web.nanocom.it/default_i.cfm)

No I just think it is the webpage. I have found the web site a bit useless for info in the past. The owner is very good at replying to and is helpful via e-mail.
I have been waiting for this update for sometime. I wonder what the price will be?

I sent them an email late last week asking what was going on, when will we see it and when its available.

I'm putting off buying the current Nanocom until I can see more of this one then decide.

I reeeeeeeeeeally hope they change that DB9 connector on it. It's never gonna go nicely on the dash..... ;)

Hoping that the Puma engine would now be covered I used google to translate a Portugese site mentioned in a thread here and alas only the Td5 was mentioned.

I recieved an email from Bearmach saying that they were not going to sell the new Nanocom as they now have there own product which is the Hawkeye. I have since purchased a Nanocom from Karcraft. This is the email that i recieved

But the pictures on the Nanocom site are of it sitting on a Puma dashboard, so...:confused: I am hoping it will too :confused:

Yes that is my understanding too and from what I have learnt the Hawkeye is a reasonable tool but not as comprehensive as I need.

The Nanocom is about the equivalent of the Faultmate for the Td5. I'm yet to be convinced the Faultmate is up to the same standard on the CANbus systems so I really want to know what the Nanocom Evolution will offer.
