Too Cheap??? Strange setup though DX lens on a camera of this caliber?

Sounds wrong to me.
Grey import without lens is about $2800.
Description looks like a direct cut and paste from a brochure or something similar.
Why sell a D700 with an 18-200 DX lens
Seller has no feedback, no sales and only been a member for a month.
Seller has several other items with similar ridiculous prices.

Not when you consider what else they are selling.

I recon its a miss-advert. Should be D300 perhaps?

Says it is 6 megapixels! Would need to be very careful indeed.

With a DX lens I reckon thats about all you would get.
