I just did a long off-road journey, and after a really rough corrugated section i got out and noticed that quite a bit of fuel had been coming out through the cap.
It's the Defender 110 200 TDI locking type cap.
I took it apart and examined the internals, it seems quite easy to replace any part.
Though I'm not sure if the majority of fuel is coming out around the key hole or past the main rubber seal.
Does anyone know if these parts can be purchased seperarely?
Thanks.

I had a similar problem with mine.Except on a 95 Discovery. It would leak really badly from the cap. When ever i use to fill my tank, after a few hours it would build pressure then it would literally spill out from the filler. In an hour i would probably lose half a litre of fuel.I had a look at the cap and the rubber seal was cracked and perished.I got one of a wreck and has never leaked since.

you might have a blocked breather line.

I might have a replacement fuel cap out in the shed if you're looking for one...

I've just replaced mine, got a replacement from Rovacraft $25 from memory (locking type as well) only drama its a britpart one and they use a different lock barrel wont take the Landy key (they do supply their own though)
