Any one heard of a batch of faulty clutches around 2 years ago, and if so did these extend to the defenders. Jim

:o I reckon so - the Defenders from 2 years ago were fitted with many other faults too. :D
Seriously - there was an issue with the first generation Puma clutch, which is why there is a revised version now - many owners have had them replaced under warranty. Mine has been, due to excessive wear.

Thanks Scallops. Perhaps I framed my question ambiguously. I have heard that a batch of replacement clutches went on the market around 2 years ago that were faulty. They were for older discos and defenders. Can anyone confirm this?
