Is there a way to overide the way interior lights and radio etc turn off after about 5-10 minutes to "save the battery" in accessories mode? Very annoying.:(
I have an auxillary battery fitted and another accessories socket added in line to that so I can run a light off that but the interior switching down is a pain. Any ideas?

Turn off interior light by holding centre button down for a few seconds until if flashes. It will then not operate. Turn back on by same process.
I use this when camping to save the lights being on all the time because doors are constantly being opened and closed.

Thanks for that. I may have mislead you the way I explained it. My problem is that the interior light and/or radio switches off when the motor is not running after only about 10 minutes use. Apparently it goes into battery save mode ? How can I over ride that or extend the time before it goes off?

Thanks

You cant!
The system is designed that way to prevent the battery draining & having a descent float charge when starting.

Keep hitting the IGN on and it will reset. ( foot off the brake or the motor will start ) Slowly but surely the time delay will get shorter as the battery loses charge. Has a similar effect with the AUX plug. If you are really hung up about it, install a second battery and wire the accesories you do not want to cycle off direct from this battery. Could be quite a challenge for a radio and interior light though. Easier to live with it.
