looking for a outback roof console!

Hi Guys

I cant weigh up whether to make my own console or buy an outback one (they seem pretty cheap) the outback ones seem reasonable quality and have storage.. i think by the time i'm finished with fittings coverings switches etc i wont be far off price wise.. ?

Are the outback ones generally fixed price... ie no one discounts them? or does anyone know where to get one for a better price?

i got one fitted to 2002 defender . very happy with it . very easy to fit and they now are fitted with led lights . only problem i had was that i had to trim the sun visors back 30mm, radio fits very nicely:cool:

If you are going to the south of the river opening on sunday you can look at the one in my taxi ride home.It appears to be home made,but pretty good.
