Inc or any other powers that be please tell me why...at this point in time my computer and mobile and every clock in the house says....9.04..and AULRO says 9.12.....

I am posting before I am here:confused:

ntp seemed to have had a spat..

as for the markets, they have been out since it was installed and no matter what i do i cant get it to behave...
