Hi there,
well it's been ages since I last posted on this forum, I've been posting under "Coming to Australia - Bluey's Rebuild" in the Projects and Tutorials but tonight I've made an exception 'cos tonight I can announce that I've managed, after 16 months, to sell my house.

We've lost £23,000 off the sale price but we've made enough to pay for a 8 or 9 month trip round Australia.

So as long as my visa comes through me, Rosy (my wife) and Abby(our daughter) will be in Perth in the new year. We will then tour round Australia to find somewhere to settle down in. Rosy has lived in Melbourne, Brisbane, Port Macquarie (sp?), Perth, Nauru and the odd other place so we are as yet undecided where to live!

Me ? I am but a simple man and would settle for somewhere hot!

Bluey our 110 200Tdi Land Rover is nearly ready with just a few camping bits to sort out - I'll post the finish of the build in P & T.

Sounds like you have quite an adventure in front of you. We will expect an ongoing trip report and pics, after all :rulez: is :rulez:.
