What sized are original headlights?

Hey guys can someone tell me what are the original wattage bulbs for a defender headlight 2000 model?
mine has 100/130 in it ( and they are &^%$, hence i am installing a traxide kit)
and they seem a little high?
anyone confirm what should be in there?

Hi Rexy,

The standard spec is H4 55/60W. This is ADR compliant

I installed the Traxide system and used the 50+ higher output versions available in Narva, Philips or Osram brands.

Lights are brighter now :)
