power steering

I noticed a shudder in my power steering when I want to turn.
The fluid in full.
It was suggested change the filter in the fluid reservoir and that pump could be low on pressure.
Any ideas or links to look at.

change the filter, change the fluid and bleed well is about as much as you can do with out pulling things apart imho
