iPhone Sleep Cycle app

does anybody have this loaded, was talking to a guy last night and he reckons its the ducks guts

does it really work?

there is a version for HTC but my corporate phone doesn't let me download it

A friend has major problems getting up in the morning and as a result has been late to work a few times.

He installed this on his Iphone and it monitors his sleep. During the nominated wakeup period (for him 6.30 - 7.30) it knows when he is in his shallowest sleep or has woken up momentarily and at the crucial time sounds a gentle alarm that wakes him. Somehow it monitors his movements when asleep. Apparently you toss and turn a bit before you wake up or are in a swallow sleep. He has found he can get up and is not tired - yet he just sleeps through normal alarms.

He thinks it works great.

Have a friend who has been useing one of these sleep cycle apps for a month or so. Has found it to be very good and recommends it to everyone.

I've heard great things about this app, I'm going to try it out...

I was trying to look at it positively.

I guess I could have gone with Santa Claus - He knows when you've been sleeping. He knows when you're awake.

Maybe if the app was called the Home Stalker...:D

And next thing I'm wondering is if there's a whole Home Stalker website where you can set it up so that your friends can watch you sleeping, too.

Maybe I watch too much television.
