Leycester TCQ

While wire brushing a thousand coats of paint off the tub last weekend, I reached an ancient layer which had a tare and agg rating painted on, with a company name of "Leycester TCQ".

I assume the vehicle (chassis 143100444) must have been owned by a company in Leycester in SE Queensland at some time in its life.

I can't find anything about TCQ on the web, so can anyone shine some light on what this might mean?
