Last nights meeting...

Would like to just say WOW!!!

Had a ripper of a time last night... Pete counted 63 people and thinks he may have missed a couple too. An absolutely brilliant turnout for dinner, drinks and some great camaraderie... even the previous clicky groups are now all inter-mingling :cool:

Didn't get home till 11.30 and i only live 3 mins away from the venue :Rolling:

Also a big shout out of thanks to Grimace & Jess who i believe did an exemplary job with the merchandise last night. Not to say the rest of the committee and helpers don't also do a great job, however Grimace & Jess went above and beyond. Thanks on behalf of all!!! :D

Now bring on next month ;)

No. Going back to Brisbane last night the M1 was closed down to one lane in 3 spots.

I agree, best part is that I didn't have to drive so a few more beers were had. Due to the distance I only make the meetings now and then but you get that :(

last night was my first meeting....

sorry I did not get around and introduce myself more, got talking to Pete and then it was home time.
seems like quite a tame bunch compared to my usual mtb buddies.(puts flame suit on :p)

i had great night and steak even if i did start to cramp up in the defender on the long trip from Brisbane. :D






Hope to see you all at the next meeting and maybe the DARE but it is my 18th so doubt I will be in a suitable state to drive. (legally);)
