I don't know if you can get a KAM locker for a salisbury diff, but your 95 Defender will have left the factory with a salisbury rear diff.

You would be able to get an airlocker or a detroit locker.

A rear detroit and something like an arb or a true trac in the front is a good option.

Yes detroits are still made and cheapest direct from the US.

Locked Drive Systems in Sydney import Detroits:
Professionals use Detroit Diff Locks (http://www.locked-drive.com.au/index.php)

Made my decision. Detroit rear, tru track front....very reasonably priced option I do declare:D

Don't forget that a TT will give all drive to the wheel in the air when you lift a wheel.

Just making sure you know the avd. and disadv. before purchasing. Since you don't like searching you may have missed it.

well considering you wanted a manual selectable full locking diff and went with something else......MD diffs have been proven for a long time, one of the best choices and IMO better than Kam....

I reckon better than ARB also, due to the hytuff axles. I have one in the 130, also had one in the Rangie before it, never a problem with either (oh only the little knob came loose on the control valve). The indicator light comes on only when the diff is locked not when it's switched, indicating true status, like the centre diff.
