Gear/High low change dust cover

The black vinyl dust covers on my gear stick and also the high.low change have become cracked and look ordinary.
Is there a way to rejuvenate them or where can I buy new ones.

I bought a set of 3 (handbrake, hi/low and gear lever) gaiters off ebay in black leather a few weeks ago for my Disco 1 (and have seen Disco 2 on there too)
Cost $25 delivered, quality reasonable and easy to fit.
