Whats the main Difference

Gday All,
Was just browsing carsales and noticed alot of 2005 model D3's for sale.. There seems to be a big price difference from 06 up and kms dont seem to be the factor..

Whats the main difference pre 06, or is it just people pricing to sell quickly..

Ars the Deisel models able to be worked on by mechanically minded people or are they speciallist only..ie oilchanges,general wear and tear replacement stuff.

All MY 06 and up have leather as standard although I think the MY09 base model went back to cloth?

good question...i was looking to see any info on this as well, might as well extend on this thread...so has anyone got any ideas, looking at an 2005 S with coils rather than the air next yr between 30 and 40k...
