Hi there,
I'm on the look out for a Freelander 2.
Is anyone using one, or had one, with a baby seat in the back?
If so, if it goes in the middle, can 2 adults fit "comfortably" either side of it?
The baby seat is just a standard size I guess.
Cheers.

I'd also love to know experience with baby capsules in particular, but child seat info also good.
Would like to know how far back the front seats will manage with a capsule in place?

Adults either side of a child seat is a bit of a squeeze, kids no problem. Saying that I've done 500km with three in the back, the middle being a toddler in a seat, no complaints but maybe they were just being polite.
With a capsule in place the seats can't go back very far. I'm 6 foot and didn't have any problems though. They grow so quick anyway that it's not long before they are forward facing and it's no longer an issue.
As a car for a small family though the FL2 is great. I'm three years into mine and I'm still very much enjoying it. They are fantastic vehicles and well worth the money.

Thanks. Sounds like a non-issue and we'll cope a lot better than in the golf!
