I've taken my flywheel, clutch plate and pressure plate to a reputable clutch place for inspection. The flywheel was supposedly machined and the other parts new less than 5,000kms ago, but it's obvious I got boned
Anyway, I never did get rid of the judder so I'm getting it sorted properly. Thing is my set up is not standard. The flywheel is not drilled for a Land Rover clutch - it still runs an Isuzu truck sized plate and cover. It is 300 mm across the plate (that's a foot to you old guys :p). The place I took it to is having touble tracking down the clutch plate, as the centre needs to fit an LT95 shaft. I think it's 10 spline. They have a few possibles, mostly from tractors.
Anybody got any ideas? They reckon I'm up for about $850 including maching and a new bearing, so I'm very keen to get it right.
