Defender front seat adjustment

HI. Been looking for a Defender for a couple of weeks and today went and sat in a cab chassis ute. I'm a pretty big boy and could barely fit behind the wheel, no backwards seat adjustment as she was hard up against the back of the cab. My preference is for a wagon but am I going to have the same issues here or do they have a bit more rear ward travel away from the wheel?

Your problem is easily fixed. I was in exactly the same situation. I have a Puma 110 and I have seat extension rails fitted from Mulgo - and only $80. One of my favourite accessories.

The wagons deffinately have more rear travel, and if you're tall like me, fit 30mm spacers under the seat tracks to give even more. Also, the 30mm extra in the height makes a difference too.

Yep he's 100% right. If you dont have a cab chassis that is. Get them through Mulgo direct or Rovercraft. They are the business.
