LRA Flares (or another other drive in drive out fitted)

I'm looking to install a set of wheel arch flares to my 5 door Disco. I don't want to fit them myself.

The LRA ones seems like the most reasonable in that they actually seal the void created by cutting the rear door. They mention on their website 10-12 hours fitting time. Does this mean labour x 12 hr?

Any other suggestions where to get a good set supplied + fitted?
