Over the weekend I rebuilt the swivels on Gog my SIII 110 f/c (SIIB ), the front end has been hybridised with Stage 1 swivels with MaxiDrive special halfshafts to suit the track and ENV diff. This is in preparation for a replacement constant 4WD powertrain.

My problem is that the outer shaft doesn't protrude through the drive flange sufficiently to fit the thrust washer (spacer) and the circlip. This is the same swivels and CVs that were fitted to the donor SIII-V8 but with a new drive flange, new wheel bearings, seals etc. Are these thrust washers a standard size or are they mated to the individual assembly?

How thick are yours?
I have some very thins ones from 110 axles if you need them.

In practice though, the CVs will self centre without the thrust washers.

In the mean time thanks for the offer! :)
