fixing axe to roof rack

My Husband is trying to fix an axe to the roof rack of a ARB rack on a Defender 110. Does anyone know where to get the attachments from.

ARB or Opposite Lock - I 'think' there was a thread on here I was reading yesterday with regards to something along these lines.
