Nulon Lifter Free - anyone used it?

I have a sticking lifter and have used this product before, just not in a Rover V8. Has anyone used it in a 3.5 / 3.9?
Is it ok to use?

I wouldnt use it for a prolonged period....

put it in say 1000K before a service and then change the oil as per normal.
