Disco 4, good luck with the tyres but dont take the standard tyres for granted... I suspect they are a lot better than most people make out. I've just done a 6000Km trip from Bourke to Eyre Peninsula and Inamminka back to Bourke with no tyre problems. Having said that I have a set of Pirelli ATRs ready to fit when the standard tyres wear down a little further. Had to wait 3 months on order for them so be patient.

Hi Roverlander
Ive had more punctures with these tires in the last 6 months than 10 years with Coopers.
Thanks KERO

Goodyear Wrangler MTR's in 255 x 55 x 19.
I found them to be good however I have now opted for 17" rims (D3) because I wanted a tyre with a bigger side wall.

I've gone with MTR's 19's on my new D4 HSE. 2nd set of second hand rims and new MTR tyres all from Barbagallo Tyres in Perth (owned by local LRA dealer).

I heard the 19" Grabber AT's won't be available in Oz until March 2011.

This is the original style MTR, a Far better pattern than the new one.
Cheers.
Have look in the markets section ;)
