Exhaust Mounts

I've fitted a few over the years, but they have always been a pain in the bum. I've gotta fit a couple to the Defender today, so I thought I'd ask if there's an 'easy' way of doing it?

Just thinking that I may have been doing it the hard way for a little while ;)
