Inside the vehicle near the front seat belts on the B Pillar are factory holes. I assume they're access holes for something. It's something that only bugs me when I see it. They a few inches long with round ends. Does everybody have these, and what are yours covered up with? I forgot to have a look on Sunday at Defender Day Out.

My County has two holes about 150mm from the floor, I don't know what they are for but they are useful to squirt oil in every now and then ;)
You could fit some rubber grommets if you think they are unsightly

Yup i have same. From what I could see dust can come in from the bottom of the B pillar then into the cabin through those holes. I taped it up with grey duct tape. Not very pretty though.

That's what mine has. Surely there must be a blanking grommet or something?

I'm fairly sure they are there to get access to the rear door hinges. In a County a plate is held in place from there while you bolt it all up & adjust it.

I can understand why the holes are they, was just curious whether they were ever covered up when shipped. Anyone have their's factory covered?
