Range Rover Vogue L322 2002 - control arm bushes

Hi Guys,
I just recently purchased a L322 Vogue 2002 model with 170k's. It needs the front two control arm bushes replaced and the rear rotors are undersize. Is this normal for the Km's.

PS. Best car I have driven, 10 times better than my mates 2009 nissan patrol.

I would say this is quite normal.

Bushes & discs would be wear & tear items. The discs have probably been done before.
