Has anyone fitted a Ser 2 Disco steering box into a Deefer?

Any comments about feasability.

I read that they have a more direct ratio, ie less turns lock to lock and possibly stronger?

may not be true, just looking at options when replacement due.

Hi Brad,

The D2 steering box doesn't seem any tougher IMHO. A new 4 bolt one will be fine. The other thing is D2 have diferent pipe mountings etc, so not just a straight bolt in.
