A question closely related to "what cheeses me off" ... a'la Hey Hey ...

Why is it ... any time there is a hose in use in a garden and a car parked inside the same yard, that in almost 10 cases out of 10, the hose will find a way to bloody well catch tighter than a limpet on a rock around the bottom edge of your tyres and not move!? Oh yes, it will bloody well stay there until you march up the yard and separate the two!

What the hell is it with these two items anyway? Is it some moth to flame love affair between two objects made of rubber, the moment they set eyes on one another they just have to be together?

It's one of lifes little mysteries, like why your cordless drill goes flat when you have just one hole left to drill....

Chaos and disorder comes naturally. Bless this mess etc. Tidyness and order come at huge personal cost. How much is it driving you mad?

You need to spend more $$$$$ on a retracting hose reel and the most expensive hose you can buy. Or spend lots on more garden taps with half length hoses to reach in between. You know spending buckets is the only way to keep down disorder. Anyway, what are you trying to wash? There's rain for that.:D

Bee,

All in good humour mate ... I had my tongue firmly planted in the errr, not that again. :D

I have been doing the garden landscaping and was watering my plants this arvo ... about 40 of them newly planted. It just struck me as one lifes great unsolved mysteries when my hose got caught on the tyres of the County and I thought to myself ... "this goes on all around the world!"

Too much time to think whilst watering 40 odd plants mate ... I fill a hand held watering can but was trying to pull the hose further down garden when it caught ya see. ;)
