adding steering wheel radio controls

My vehicle does not have the radio controls on the steering wheel, if i buy the switch is the wiring in the wheel to plug it in and use? cheers:D

Only the top of the range D2s had the steering wheel radio controls. They had a compatible radio whereas the other models didn't (local fit Eurovox radio).
