Drivers door lock actuator replacement

Have just had my rhs front door lock fail to open electronically. :(
I understand a new actuator/solenoid is required for this fix.
I recall seeing a step by step "how to" for the replacement but can't remember where, and can't find it using search.
If anyone can help with where to get replacement part, or where to find instructions, would be gratefully appreciated.

Try TRS-- Triumph Rover Spares for the part.
They are not always the cheapest but will probably definately have the part and will ship that day. Haggle a bit also.
