Hoping the forum can advise some reputable and cost effective overseas suppliers to Australia. I have recently used Rimmers in the UK. They seem fine but I would like to get your advice.

Just do a Google search. You will find it just as fast we could list the suppliers.

I've also used Rimmers recently and have found them good. There are several o/s suppliers that have received pos feedback on this site (can't for the life of me think of names) so google for the names and then use search to check peoples impressions. Good luck.

Look up Landrover Club V1. This bloke is pretty switched on almost a genius,, but be has a list of US LR parts suppliers. I used a couple recently with the price being so cheap from the value of the aussie dollar to greenback. Goodluck.

I have used Brookwells in the UK, the AUD to Pound is about 1.5 times.
Their website is limited in what they show, send an email and they can provide a price for anything not listed. The shipping by air is reasonable too.

Stock turbo?......or something better:twisted:
TD5 Alive do a "larger charger" kit with everything you need for about $2k
or....
Get a VNT from BAS, or IRB.
As for standard parts suppliers, i use Brit Car. Great range, price, and service. An email gets you ANYTHING you want.

Diesel performance tuning and economy remap chip tuning for Landrover Defender Discovery TD5 Puma TDV6 TDV8 (http://bellautoservices.co.uk/)
IRB Developments - Diesel Tuning and More (http://www.irbdevelopments.com/)
Land Rover Performance & Styling (http://twistedperformance.co.uk/)
I have bought from all of the above and would recommend them all.
TD5 Alive can be a bit tardy.....but thats because he is SO busy!
