Just had a call from Dan and they've still got no power and probably won't for a while.

He needs a torque head Caliper bolt for his 'fender. It is for the front passenger caliper. Is currently scraping on the diff so can't be driven. He's using his fender as a base station at present with the batteries, inverter etc.

Does anyone have one that will fit???

Cheers in advance.

Showing off your mechanical skills Josh:D. it is scraping on the disc.

The lower caliper bolt has fallen out somewhere and under braking load the caliper is rotating and grinding on the top of the disc. He explained to me he was having a grinding noise so we investigated. We got lucky and took the right wheel off first.

He was going to get one from M.R, but if anyone has one it would be great, he would also need an outside torx socket and a torque wrench.

The disturbing thing is, this has been doing this for a while, AND he booked it in to M.R. and had the bearings done before he went away.:o

Maybe someone to the north can get one from British Off Road and then to Dan.

British Offroad are at the Sunshine Coast and Dan is at Ipswich. MR are sending a bolt on Monday but Josh has arranged to get one to him today so the car is usable over the weekend

Realise that, but just threw it in as a suggestion. Didn't know if MR or anyone else closer would be open or not. Good to hear it's sorted.
