If you are thinking of making a donation in the next few days consider doing it do it at a Woollies checkout, as they will match $ for $ until 20th Jan. ( this also includes Dick Smith or Big W stores ). Note this needs to be done in store, you just ask to make a donation and they will process it through the register and give you a tax receipt.

Donations
It’s easy to help. For every dollar donated by individual customers at our checkout, the Woolworths Group will match it with another dollar until midnight, Thursday 20th January, 2011. Or you can click here (https://salvos.org.au/donate/secure-online-donations/) to make an online donation directly to The Salvation Army (only individual customer donations processed through our checkouts can be matched). All money donated will go to The Salvation Army to support families affected by the recent floods. Funds from donations at point of sale & online donations will go to The Salvation Army, Australian Eastern Territory, 140 Elizabeth Street, Sydney 2000.
