Hey all


Just where do you mounts driving lights if i have no bull bar? Will the bumper bar hold a set of lights?

Hey you're just up the road from me.. From my research the only lights that fit properly are the Land Rover ones..They have proper bracket for the bumper. Whether they are any good is a good question..I had some may years ago and they were c...p! I think I read somewhere in Aulro that somebody had fitted them and had them converted to HIDs.

I have them (see gallery) on my D4; they are "just OK" in terms of output. I intend using the LR factory brackets and swapping to HID (LED?) one day.... on www.disco3.co.uk (http://www.disco3.co.uk) a member ("MrH") has done just that with good photos shown. (do a search for Hella HID)

Do I need the land rover mounts to mount after market light on the bumper bar?

Hmmm, good question, definitley check out disco3.co.uk as the member there (MrH) will know - I seem to recall he had to manufacture some different ones to suit his HellA HID's - maybe they mounted slightly differently?
