Sorry no image ATM.

I picked up an air cleaner supposedly from a Td1 200 to use on a project, but it came without the element and I don't know whether it was a Defender or Discovery (or even a Tdi 200).

The canister is the round cylinder about 200mm diameter by 400mm long with a metal cap/end with a plastic nut and the rubber drain. The inlet is at the side near the other end and the outlet (to the engine) in the centre of the end away from the cap. The bracket has 2 over-centre clamps that catch directly on the canister. It looks similar to the Defender 300Tdi air cleaner, but there are no bands around the canister, and it may be slightly smaller diameter.

Can anyone identify which model I may have, so I can get the correct element?

Just found a number on the outside: ESR3070 does that sound like a part number - can someone identify it?

I fooled around a little with these sort of aircleaners for a while - the Disco 200tdi has the inlet in the middle of the canister, the defender (I think) has the inlet nearer the end. Further, the Disco is clean of clips ; the defender has inbuilt clips.

My guess is Def 200tdi
