2002 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER L322 03MY VOGUE

I am looking at buying a 2002 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER L322 03MY VOGUE V8 and am asking what should i Look out for.

1 Have these range rovers been more reliably than early models.
2 It has 110000km on it what services am I up for and do I need to get the transmission serviced.

any feedback would be appreciated.

I really like the look of the range rover and the V8 is cheaper than a diesel, its for the wife so fuel wise it will not been doing a lot ok KM but its means I have a good 4x4 for long trips. and if I get it for the right price I will-even be happier.
