View Full Version : Discreet Winch Mount, Front Recovery Points and Bash Plates for D3

For those lucky people that own a D3 this may interest you.

Devon 4x4 in the UK have built a winch mount bar and front recovery points that replaces the original steel bar behind the plastic trim.

The only issue I can possibly see in Australia is that the recovery points protude past the front bumper, not sure if that would suit our ADR's.

They also have bash plates from 8mm alluminium that cover engine, transmission, fuel tank and wishbone plates.

I like the look of some of the stuff coming out on the market for the D3 now.

You're right about the ADR's but it's that integrated that I doubt you'd ever get questioned. Looks great, did similar on my D2 and would be hard pressed to consider getting a bar unless it was just as cheap (less than $60-).
