A couple quick Q's

Gday All,

Just priced up a front bar for the D3 and was happy with the price, so my Q is do I need to upgrade the front shocks for the added weight and as it will be a winch bar the weight will be abit.

Next Q is has anyone upgraded their shocks, I assume they are a seperate item to the air suspension bags..

If I have shown my total lack of knowledge of the D3 then please forgive me.

If you have the air suspension, there is no need to replace anything - the car will adjust itself to the additional weight. You may notice a slight lag in the front raising when you select off-road, but that's about it.

You shouldn't need to change shocks the D3 will self level anyway. The only issue with the oem shocks have been heavy loaded long distance dirt track work where they work hard and get hot and usually the rears go first.
