Having a poke around under the Disco this morning and I noticed a few tiny drips of coolant on the front prop shaft.
Would anyone have an idea as to where the leak could be? Hoses appear perfect.
Many thanks,
Ten.

Timing case, back of the heads, heater hoses....
It's very hard to say... But the above might be a good place to start.

Is it definitely coolant and not AC condensate?

It has a pinkish colour and looks like coolant. There is also some clear which should be from the air conditioner.

If your talking about coolant on the T/C end of the prop shaft then I'd be looking for head gasket leak from the back of the heads. Very hard to see from top of engine bay but from underneath it can be seen.
That's how mine failed.

Thanks for that. I'll get underneath with a strong torch.

Unable to see the source. Small drops of coolant visible at the back corner of the auto box. Still forming after the engine has been allowed to cool for about 4 hours.
Are there any hoses at the back of the engine which are not clearly visible?
Thanks,
ten.

The only coolant hoses at the back go to the heater matrix.
